David Stricklin

Upon completing his Master's Degree at Oregon State University, David earned a seasonal internship with the Seattle Seahawks in 2005 where he had the opportunity to work with the Seahawks' Medical staff through their run to Super Bowl XL. Following his internship, he moved back to Corvallis, OR, where he assumed an Assistant Athletic Trainer position with the OSU Beavers. From 2006-2010, David was responsible for the healthcare of the OSU baseball team, as well as assisted with the OSU football team. During his time at Oregon State he had the opportunity to take care of two NCAA Baseball National Championship teams in 2006 and 2007.

"Strick" has been an Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Seattle Seahawks since 2010.

After graduating from Worcester State College in 2002, Domenic has gone on to training many professional athletes and collegiate athletes. He has held collegiate titles such as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Wagner College and Assistant at boston College. "Dom" has also been a strength and conditioning coach for the San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, and Toronto Blue Jays minor league teams. Recently, Dom has experienced something few have when he worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2012 Super Bowl Champion New York Giants.

Kevin Poppe

Kevin Poppe is a Performance Specialist at the Houston, TX based athletic development center, Dynamic Sports Training (DST) which was founded by renowned trainer Lee Fiocchi. A former collegiate baseball player and coach at Concordia University, Nebraska, Poppe turned down the opportunity to play professionally in the independent leagues in order to pursue a career in athletic development. At DST, Poppe has had the opportunity work with athletes including Michael Bourn, Trevor Bauer, James Loney and NFL running back Ben Tate. Poppe also worked with Scott Kazmir during his unprecedented comeback to the MLB and was featured in the Comeback Issue of ESPN the Magazine, The Oakland A's Magazine and The San Francisco Chronicle. Poppe has gained knowledge and experience in Strength & Conditioning as well as speed & agility, nutrition programming, corrective exercise and general mobility programs.

Sean Johnson

This is Sean’s 3rd season with the Redbirds, he is a member of the NSCA and a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Sean was a strength and conditioning intern in 2009 and is now the full-time strength and condition coach with the Redbirds. Sean was a volunteer student assistant strength coach in the spring semester with the Mississippi State baseball team. He is from Senatobia, Mississippi. Sean graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Kinesiology in 2009 and in 2010 received his Masters Degree in exercise physiology from MSU.
